Note ! There is a delay between the time you have made the transaction and the time this latter appears on cashless.fr. The information on the website is updated each time that the devices are synchronized, which depends on the network and the connection to the wifi of each device.
If you have wait more than 24 hours and that there is still a difference/mistake in your balance :
Try to contact the organization/the managers of the event or equipped structure where you get your cashless tag.
⚠️ We are not able to modify your balance or reimburse you, only the organization/the managers will be able to do something and fix the issue.
From where does this difference come ?
If after waiting around 24 hours, you still identify a mistake, this can come from a wrong use of the device when you did your transaction. This is not depending on us, only on the way the staff member used the device.
