The balance indicated on cashless.fr matches the balance recorded by our servers for the last update of the cashless devices (used where you received your tag).
When you use a cashless tag (card or bracelet) during an event or within an equipped structured (campsite, park...), information is exchanged between our servers and the deployed devices (credits, debits, transactions...).
The information on cashless.fr is updated each time that the devices are synchronized, which depends on the network and the connection to the wifi of each device.
The balance on cashless.fr can take a few hours to be updated.
Tips ! If you want to immediately have your correct balance, you can ask for it any person with a cashless device : they can read your balance thanks to your tag.
"PENDING DELIVERY" TRANSACTIONS
To get back on your cashless tag your online top up, you have to scan your tag with a cashless device. Until this action is done, the new balance does not appear on cashless.fr.
If the top up is not automatically arrived on your tag, ask a staff member, they will be able to help you.
