If not, follow this process to ask for.
If yes, you have received an email to confirm that your request has been well registered. The delay between your refund request and your reimbursement is variable and depends on the event or equipped structure in which you have participated.
I think I have made a mistake with my bank details (IBAN/BIC) !
If you think you have made a mistake when you have entered your IBAN / BIC, we invite you to directly contact the managers of the event or equipped structure. They are the only one able to inform you if the refund was rejected by the bank.
We cannot have access or modify your bank details.
