1. Login to your cashless.fr account (here)
2. Select the cashless tag (card or bracelet) you want to block
Warning !! You must have previously associated your tag to your account !
3. Click on "LOSS / THEFT"
4. Click on the correct check box
"LOST" if you lost your tag - "STEAL" if your tag has been stolen :
5. Click on "LOCK"
This action can take a few minutes to be effective :
