The receiver has 2 days to validate the reception on his cashless.fr account. Otherwise, the tag will stay on your account. What if the recipient does not receive an email to get back the tag card/bracelet ?

- Cancelled the gift and redo the action
- If it is still not working, contact us by mail with the reference of the tag (= 7 letters/numbers written on the card/bracelet), the mail of the current owner and the mail of the receiver.
