Cashless.fr is just a platform due to register all the refund requests during a specific time period (defined by the managers of the event or equipped structure where you were).
How does it work ?
When you do a request on cashless.fr, this latter is registered on our data base. At the end of the refund period, the managers of the event/equipped structure has access to a specific folder that they send to their bank, which do the refunds.
The delay between your refund request and your reimbursement is variable and depends on the event or equipped structure in which you have participated and not on us.
Usually, this delay is around 3 weeks. In case of complaint, we invite you to directly contact the managers of the event/equipped structure.
